Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to define and refine design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile products.
- Design intuitive user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and product interfaces.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, UI patterns, and best practices.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback and performance data.
- Work within agile/scrum environments to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (web and mobile).
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Prototyping
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or familiarity with development workflows is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong sense of ownership, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
